RICHARDSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1352 , IN THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; �'� DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE �,.�;� WHEREAS, the owners of two (2) tracts of land located in the E. R. Richardson Survey, Abstract No. 1352 , in the City of Grapevine, Texas, have requested that two (2) sanitary sewer line easements, as hereinafter described, be abandoned and vacated; and WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer line easements, as hereinafter described, are not needed for public use and wi11 not be needed in the future for public use; and WHEREAS, abandoning and vacating the sanitary sewer line easements will relieve the City of Grapevine, Texas from the cost and expense of maintaining said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: Section 1 . That the City of Grapevine sanitary sewer line easement as recorded in Volume 7317, Page 1242 of the Tarrant "���' County Deed Records, and as shown in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned and vacated for � public use and the same is hereby abandoned and vacated insofar as all public right, title, duty and interest in and to said described portion of said sanitary sewer line easement is concerned. The City shall have no responsibility for maintaining said easement. Section 2 . That the City of Grapevine sanitary sewer line easement as recorded in Volume 7485 , Page 195 of the Tarrant County Deed Records, and as shown in Exhibit "B" , attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned and vacated for public use and the same is hereby abandoned and vacated insofar as all public right, title, duty and interest in and to said described portion of said sanitary sewer line easement is concerned. The City shall have no responsibility for maintaining said easement. Section 3 . If any section, article, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word in this ordinance, or application thereto any person or circumstances is held invalid or unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance; and the City Council hereby declares it would have passed such '� remaining portions of the ordinance despite such invalidity, which remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. � Section 4 . R. Richardson Survey and the Northwest corner of the J. W. Haynes Survey; THENCE North 282.2 feet to a point on the West line of the E. R. Richardson Survey; � THENCE East along the South line of the property conveyed to A. H. Estill recorded in Vol . 4299 Pg. 353 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas 848.8 feet to the centerline of Parr Road; THENCE North 0 degrees 23 minutes East along the centerline of Parr Road � 280.8 feet to a point; THENCE West at 25 feet in the West line of Parr Road continuing West along the North line of said A. H. Estill property and the South line of the property conveyed to Jerrell Estill recorded in Vol . 3346 Pg. 319 Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas,l85 feet for a total of 210 feet from the centerline of Parr Road to the point of beginning of the centerline of the 20 foot wide easement being described; THENCE South 0 degrees 23 minutes West, 185 feet West of and parallel to . the West R.O.W. line of Parr Road, 280.8 feet to a point on the South line of said A. Tate property and the Southwest corner of the property conveyed to A. H.
