NO�W, 'I'fiERg'ORE, BE IT ORDAINID BY 'I�iE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRI�PEVINE� 'I'E�1S: Section 1. That the R7aster Plan Land Use Map approved by the Planning & Zoning C�mission and identified as F�hibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes is hereby �mended to reflect that the Co�rcial Floating Land Use Zone in the vicinity of Dove Road and Dove Loop be reduced in size not to extend in excess of one-fourth mile in all `• directions fran said intersection. Section 2. That this Approv+ed Plan shall be filed for record in the official City records and the Map and Plan shall be available to the public and to all landawners and used as an officially approved Iand Use and Thoroughfare Plan by the City A�ninistration, City Planni.ng and Zoning Corimission, and City Council. Section 3. Severability. If any pa.rt or portion of this Ordinance is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of c�etent jurisdic- tion, such holding shall in no way affect or invalidate the remaining portions hereof not so held invalid or unconstitutional. Section 4. Eh�ergency. The fact that the present ordinance of the City of Grapevine, Texas providing for the C�rehensive Master Land Use and Thoroughfare Plan requires amenc�nent creates an emergency for the ic�anediate presexvation of the public business, property, health, safety, and general welfare, which requi.res that this ordinance shall become effective from and after the date of its passage as provided by law, and it is accordingly so ordained. , PASSID AND APPRWF.D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'I� CITY OF GRAPEVINE, Z�S on this the 18th day of January, 1983.
