RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE UTILITY COMMITTEE
TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT WITH CONSULTING
COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERS, INC.

WHEREAS, City of Grapevine, Texas, upon the recommenda-
tion of the Utility Committee, deems it necessary and proper
�.,.,
to negotiate a contract with Consulting Communications
Engineers, Inc. relative to a potential rate case with
General Telephone Company of the Southwest; and
WHEREAS, the Utility Committee will submit said contract
to the City Council of Grapevine, Texas, for approval when
and if the rate case, in the committee' s judgement, requires
the services included in the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Grapevine,
Texas, that the Utility Committee of the City of Grap�vine,
Texas, is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate a
contract with Consulting Communications Engineers, Inc.
relative to a potential rate case with General Telephone
Company of the Southwest.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February ,
