RESOLUTION � 75-15
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine made application pursuant to
Federal Water Pollution Contro) Act of 1972 (Public Law 92-500) for funds

to construct sewage treatment facilities; and
� WHEREAS, said application was duly approved; and

WHEREAS, the City pursuant thereto authorized its engineers to con-
duct an Infiltration/Inflow Analysis that would be partia.11y reimbursed under
said approved grant application; and
WHEREAS, the Trinity River Authority has agreed to construct the
facil ities provided for in the application on the condition that the City
transfer its rights under the grant to the said Trinity River Authority; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that it is in the best interest of the City for
the Trinity River Authority to construct said facility,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CIN OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the City does hereby transfer to the Trinity River
Authority of Texas its rights to a grant made pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution
Control Act of 1972 (Public Law 92-500), said grant being for the construction of
certain sewage treatment facilities to serve the City of Grapevine for and in con-
sideration of the Trinity River Authority agreeing to construct said facilities as an
"�"" ' extension of the Trinity River Authority of Texas Central Regional Wastewater
System.

Section 2. That the transfer of the grant is further conditioned upon the
Trinity River Authority agreeing to submit the Infiltration/Inflow Analysis to the
proper regulatory agencies and request reimbursement for the work performed,
which reimbursement will then be returned to the City of Grapevine.
Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign any dnd
all necessary papers to legally effectuate the transfer of the grant.
