CITY OF GRAPEVINE
` �. RESOLUTION � 75-17
�
WHEREAS, the Judge of the Municipal Court for the City of Grapevine
(formerly Corporation Court) is Judge Dave Austin; and
WHEREAS, Judge Austin has unfortunately become ill and will be unable
to serve on the bench for a short period of time; and
WHEREAS, it is important for the administration of justice that the
Municipal Court hava a Judge at all times to carry out the many duties of that
position.
� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CIN OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

Section 1 . That the Honorable Doug Campbell, a practicing attorney in
Tarrant County is hereby appointed to serve as Judge of the Grapevine Municipal
Court on a temporary basis until such time as Judge Dave Austin is able to resume
his duties on the bench. The salary for Judge Campbell shall be as authorized
�"'� and approved in the annual city budget.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take place from and after its
passing.
