WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas and the City
of Colleyville, Texas, have an oral agreement as to the
location of their common boundary line;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine,
�'� Texas, is desirous of having such an agreement made on a
written instrument;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine,
Texas did meet in regular session on August 19, 1975;
and moved to form a two-man committee to meet with a
similar committee from the City of Colleyville, Texas;
WHEREAS, said committee is to be composed of two
members of the Grapevine City Council;
WHEREAS, said committee is to actively pursue a
written agreement between the two cities concerning
their common boundaries;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS that Mayor William D. Tate
be authorized to appoint a two-person committee to repre-
sent the City of Grapevine, Texas; and meet with officials

of the City of Colleyville, Texas; and that said committee
shall be charged with actively pursuing a written agreement
between the two cities concerning their common boundary
��+ lines.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, this lgth day of August , A.D. 1975.
