COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 73-15
WHEREAS, it was deemed necessary by the City Council of
the City of Grapevine, Texas, to collect delinquent taxes owed to the City
of Grapevine; and

w WHEREAS, in order to collect said delinquent taxes, it was found
necessary to employ an attorney to collect same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1® That the Mayor be, and he is hereby directed
to execute the contract for the collection of delinquent taxes between the
City of Grapevine and John F. Boyle, Jr., said contract being attached
hereto and made a part hereof®
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of passage and it is accordingly so ordered®
