Section 1. Title 9, Chapter 4, Section 4, Subsection G, Item
3 of the City Code of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby
deleted.
Section 2. Title 9, Chapter 4, Section 4, Subsection G is
hereby amended to read as follows:

Parking will be prohibited during school hours og
Section 3. The authority for the foregoing amendments and the
enforcement of the regulations therein represented has been
vested in the City Council by the City of Grapevine Ordinance
No. 54-8 passed and approved the 2nd day of March, 1954.
Section 4® This resolution, not being a penal ordinance in
itself need not be published to be effective and is effective
upon the passage by the City Council and the erection of the
aforementioned signs.
