1. The City Seerstary is hereby authorized and directed to gAve notice
2. Said notice shall be published twice vitbin a period of sixty (60)
3. The City Secretary shall keep a copy of the Cooperation Agreement pro-
posed available for inspection by the p0blic at the office of the City
Secretary during usual business hours.
4. Ibis Resolution sball take effect immediately.
