NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
That, said election was duly called; that notice of said
election was given in accordance with law, and that said
election was held in accordance with law, and that the
following named person was duly elected to the office in-
dicated:
William D. Tate Councilman Place 6
That the said above party is hereby declared duly elected
to the respective office,
subject to the taking of his
oath and filing bond as provided by the laws of this State
and the ordinances of this City.
