WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas
is desirous of making the City of Grapevine a safer place
in which to live and travel, and,
WHEREAS, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic
and parking and control on certain streets within the corporate
limits, and,
WHEREAS, much study and thought has been given to these
problems by the City Council.
11OW TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINEt TEXAS, THAT:
Title 9, Chapter 4, Section 4, Subsection E of the City Codt
#f the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended so as to
delete paragraph No. 2, which reads as follows:
the North side of East Worth Street
between Main Street and Jenkins Street.

Title 9, Chapter 4, Section 4, Subsection E of the City Code
of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended to include
the additional paragraph numbered as follows:
3. On the North and South sides of W. Worth
Street from Main Street to Barton Street.
The authority for the foregoing and the enforcement of the
regulations therein represented has been vested in the City
Council by the City • Grapevine Ordinance No. 54-8 passed
and approved the 2nd day of March, 1954.
This resolution, not being a penal ordinance in itself need
not be published to be effective and is effective upon the
passage by the City Council and the erection of the afore-
mentioned signs.
