WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine has been advised by
the North Central Texas Council of Governments of a
Criminal Justice Grant with regards to regional law enforce-
ment communications;

That all of the recitals and preambles stated are ira
cluded and made a part • this resolution and that the City
of Grapevine by this resolution authorized the North Central
Texas Council of Governments to solicit bids on its behalf
in connection with the Criminal Justice Grant for participa-
tion in the regional law enforcement communications system.
