A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF TARR.A.NT
COUNTY IN REGARD TO ALL ASPECTS OF SECTION
6 OF THE EMERGENCY ACT OF 1971 .
WHEREAS, by the passage of Resolution R 71-12, the City of
Grapevine approved partic.:,pation in Section 5 of the Emergency
�""" Employment Act of 1971; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine desires to participate in Section
�
6 of said Emergency Employment Act, and
WI�REAS, Tarrant County is designated as Program Agent for the
Administration of said Emergency Employment Act;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TARR.ANT COUNTY, TEXAS;
I .
THA.T, the City of Grapevine accepts the terms of Tarrant County
�^^ in regard to all aspects of Section 6 of the Emergency Employ-
ment Act of 1g71.

II .
THAT, the City Man��ger of the City of Grapevine is hereby
designated as the official liaison officer in the implementa-
tion of the program.
