A RESOLUTION WAIVING TERRITORIAL JURIS-
DICTIONAL RIGHTS TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKF
ON L.AND ADJACENT TO GRAPEVINE LAKE.
� WHEREAS, The City of Southlake desires to annex a portion of
� Grapevine Lake property currently owned by the United States
Governm�nt as described by metes and bounds in Exhibit ��A!�
attached hereto and made a part hereof; .And,
WI�REAS, a portion of said property to be annexed falls within
one mile o.f the established boundary of the City of Grapevine;
And,
W�jEREAS, the City of Southlake has requested that the City of
Grapevine waive its extra-territorial jurisdiction in said one
mile area as shonw in Exhibit ��B�� attached hereto and made a
part hereof in order to properi.y annex said land in accordance
with legal requirements; Now,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE THAT:
The City of Grapevine does hereby waive any and all of its extra-
territorial rights in that portion of land to be annexed by the
City of Southlake which lies within one mile of the bo��ndary
of the City of Grapevine as described and shown in the attached
Exhibits .
