WHEREAS.., the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas
is desirous of making the City of Grapevine a safer place
in which to live and travel, and,
WHEREAS, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic

and parking and control on certain streets within the
corporate limits , and,
' WHEREAS, much study and thought has been given to these
problems by the City Council .
NOW THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section l :
Title 9, Chapter 4, �ection 4 of the City Code of the
City of Grapevine , Texas is hereby amended to include Sub-
section (C) as follows:
(C) Parking shall be prohibited along the South side
of �ers Street from Main Street to Barton Street.

Section 2: The authority for the erection of the foregoing
signs and the enforcement of the regulations therein re-
presented has been vested in the City Council by the City
of Grapevine Ordinance No. 54-8 passed and approved the

2nd day of March , 1954.
Section 3; This resolution, not being a penal ordinance in
itself need not be published to be effective and is effective
upon the passage by the City Council and the erection of the
aforementioned signs.
