WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine has authorized the purchase
of two tracts of land for future sites for elevated water
storage tanks.
NOW THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
R' OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT:
��.� City Manager Floy Ezell is hereby authorized and directed to
sign all necessary documents required to acquire the said
tracts of land on behalf of the City of Grapevine for the
purchase price of $22,000.00.
