WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas
is desirous of making the City of Grapevine a safer place
in which to live and travel, and,
WHEREAS, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic
,..,.� and parking and control on certain streets within the
' corporate limits, and,
b"""" WHEREAS, much study and thought has been given to these
problems by the City Council .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section l. Title 9, Chapter 2, Section 2 of the City Code
of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended to in-
clude the following stop signs:
1 . Church Street at W. Dallas Rd.
2. Pine Street at W. Dallas Rd.
3. Old S. Main Street at W. Dallas Rd.
4. Pine Street at W. Nash Street
5. Church Street at W. Nash Street
6. Old Main Street at W. Nash Street
7. North and South side of Valley Vista
at W. Vine Street
8. South and North side of Terrace Dr.
at W. Vine Street
9. South and North side of Pine Street
at W. Vine Street
10. South and North side of Airline Dr.
at W. Vine Street
11 . West Hanger Street at Bellaire Dr.
12. Valley Vista at Terrace Drive
Section 2. Title 9, Chapter 2, Section 2 of the City Code
of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended to in- •
clude the following yield right-of-way signs:
1 . W. Vine Street at S. Ball Street
2. Terrace Drive at S. Ball Street
3 . Bellaire Drive at S. Ball Street
4. Hill Street at Terrace Drive
5. South and North side of Hill Street at
Bellaire Drive
6. W. Nash Street at Valley Vista Drive
7. W. Daniels at Pine Street
8. East and West side of Hanger at Pine Street
9. East and West side of Hanger at Airline Dr.
10. Lipscomb at Lucas Drive

Section 3. The authority ior the erection of the foregoing
signs and the enforcement of the regulations therein re-
presented has been vested in the City Council by the City of
Grapevine Ordinance No. 54-8 passed and approved the 2nd
day of March, 1954.
Section 4. This resolution, not being a penal ordinance in
itself need not be published to be effective and is effective

upon the passage by the City Council and the erection of the
aforementioned signs.
