WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas
is desirous of making the City of Grapevine a safer place
in which to live and travel, and,
WHEREAS, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic
and parking control on certain streets within the corporate
" , limits , and,
+��� WHEREAS, much study and thought has been given to these
problems by the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section l. Title 9, Chapter 2, Section 2 of the City Code
of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended to include
the following stop signs:
1. On the East and West side of Lakeview
Drive on High Drive.
2. On the East side of Lakeview Drive on
� Forest Hills Road.
Section 2. The authority for the erection of the foregoing
signs and the enforcement of the regulations the rein re-
presented has been vested in the City Council by the City
of Grapevine Ordinance No. 54-8 passed and approved the 2nd
day of March, 1954.
� Section 3. This resolution, not being a penal ordinance in
a itself need not be published to be effective and is effective
upon the passage by the City Council and the erection of the
aforementioned signs.
