responsibility of the custody of the Grapevine Firemens
Relief and Retirement Fund, and Securities, and

WHEREAS, it has become necessary that certain

securities of the said Relief and Retirement Fund be
converted to cash, in order for retirement obligations -
to be met, . ;�.�� ' _

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that James L. Hancock, '�
City Secretary of the City of Grapevine , Texas is hereby
authorized to assign , or to sell, or to otherwise dis-
pose of any registered United States securities or
securities for which the Treasury Department acts as
transfer agency owned by this organization in its own
right with authority to appoint an attorney in fact with
— , in turn to appoint one or more substitues.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that any action as authorized
herein previously taken by the above listed officer is
hereby ratified.
