WHEREAS, it was voted at the regular neeting of the City Council
on April 16, 1968 that the City Secretary be authorized and
instructed to prepare a suitable resolution expressing comm.en-
�- dation and appreciation for the untiring and valuable service

��,, rendered to the City of Grapevine, Texas by
MR. J. E. FOUST, JR.
AS COUNCILMAN and that the City Secretary be farther authorized
and instructed to spread a copy of such resolution upon the
City Records and to transmit a copy thereof to Mr. Foust, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Foust served for two years, in a dignified,
faithful, impartial, and business like manner, giving generously
of his time and efforts, unselfishly in all deliberations, now,
THEREFORE, Be It Resolved, that the City of Grapevine extend to
Mr. Foust its humble expression of estee� for him in serving
the City of Grapevine faithfully and well, and its best wishes
for good health, success, and prosperity for many years to come.
Signed and sealed on behalf of the City Council of Grapevine,
this 16th day of April, 1968.
