RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RELULTS OF CITY OFFICER'S ELECTION
WHEREAS, there came on to be considered the returns of an election
held on the 4th day of April , 1967 for the purpose of electing the
hereinafter named officials, and it appearing from said returns,
duly and legally made that there cast at said election 81 valid
and legal votes; that each of the candidates in said election re-
ceived the following votes;
MAYOR
Ira. E. Woods 78 votes
W. H. Kaker 1 if
COUNCILMAN PLACE #1
Doi l E. Dalton 81 votes
COUNCILMAN PLACE #2
Herbert E. Huber 80 Votes
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
That, said election was duly called, that notice of said election
was g5ven in accordance with law, and that said election was held
in accordance with law, and that the following named persons were
duly elected to the offices indicated:
Ira E. Woods Mayor
Doll E. Dalton Councilman Place #1
Herbert E. Huber Councilman Place #2
That the said above parties are hereby declared duly elected to
said respective officies, subject to the taking of their oaths
and filing bond as provided by the laws of this State.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 4th day of April , 1967.
