A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PORTIONS OF STARNES STREET
TO BE DEEDED TO THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas has
found and determined it will be for the benefit of said city to
abandon and vacate certain properties of the existing cul-de-sac
on Starnes Street lying within the City of Grapevine.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS THAT THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED LAND BE DEEDED TO HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Beginning at the common Southeast corner of Lot G and the
Northeast corner of Lot F in the J. J. Hall's Revision of
Lots 11 thru 22 of Starnes Addition, Volume 1997, Page 446
of the Tarrant County Deed Records, said corner being in
the West cul-de-sac circumference of Starnes Street :
Thence North 89° 46' East a distance of approximately 23.5
feet to a point for corner, said corner being 25 feet West
of the center line of Starnes Street; Thence North 0° 10'
West parallel with the center line of Starnes Street a
distance of approximately 40 feet to a point for corner in
the common North cul-de-sac circumference line and the
property line of said Lot G: Thence southwesterly with the
common property line of said Lot G and the cul-de-sac cir-
cumference line to the place of beginning.
PASSED AND APPROVED, on this 21st day of November , 1967,
at the City Hall, in Grapevine, Texas, by unanimous vote of the City
Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas.
