RESOLUTION DEEDING LAND TO PROPERTY OWNER OF
LOT H AND LOT I IN STARNES ADDITION IN THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS FOR EXCHANGE OF
LAND FOR STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS THAT THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED LAND BE DEEDED TO D. W. ADAMS, JR. , OF THE
'- CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS FOR EXCHANGE OF LAND FOR STREET ON EAST
SIDE STARNES STREET:
Beginning at the common Northwest corner of Lot I and South-
west corner of Lot H in the J. J. Hall's revision of Lots 11
thru 22 of Starnes Addition, recorded in Volume 1997, Page
446 of Tarrant County Deed Records, said corner being in the
East cul-de-sac circumference of Starnes Street : Thence
southwesterly with the property line of said Lot I and the
cul-de-sac circumference to a point in the East right of
way line of the North-South 50 foot Starnes Street, said
point being on interproperty corner of Lot I and approxi-
mately 22.5 feet north of the Southwest corner of said Lot I;
Thence North 0° 10' East parallel with and 25 feet East
of the center line of Starnes Street a distance of approxi-
mately 88 feet to a point for corner in the common west
property line of Lot H and North cul-de-sac circumference
line in the said addition, said point being in the circum-
ference line of the cul-de-sac at the north end of Starnes
Street :
Thence southeasterly with the West property line of
Lot H and the circumference of the said cul-de-sac to the
place of beginning.
PASSED AND APPROVED, on this 21st day of November , 1967,
at the City Hall, in Grapevine, Texas, by unanimous vote of the City
Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas.
