RESOLUTION CLOSING ALLEY OFF BALL STREET.
WHEREAS, all of the land owners adjacent to the first
15 foot alley South of West Wall Street and extending 197.25
feet West from Ball Street have requested the City of Grape-
.P
vine to close said alley, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
has considered such request, and
WHEREAS, it has been found by said City Council of the
City of Grapevine, Texas, that the closing of said alley
would be for the general benefit and welfare of all the
citizens of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and
wHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Grapevine that said alley be closed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TUE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, at a regular meeting, that said
alley described above be, and the same is hereby closed, and
in accordance with the law it is directed that quit claim
deeds be prepared and executed and delivered to the respective
owners of one-half of the width of said alley adjacent to
such respective owners.
PASSED BY U.NANIMOUS VOTE CE ALL MEMBERS PRESENT, none
being absent, on this 19th day of December, 1967.

Field notes for a ,or tion of an alley in the Ambrose Foster
Survey, in Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas, to be deeded to
J. W. Tanner.
Described e.s follows:
Commencing at a galvanized iron at the northeast corner of
( ._ the Ambrose Foster Survey.
Thence with the north line of said Foster Survey west 631 .7
feet.
Thence south 1 degree 34 minutes east 228.8 feet to an iron,
the southeast and beginning corner of tract being described, being
in the center line of a 15 foot alley and the west line of Ball
Street 25 feet from the center line.
Thence with the center line of said alley north 89 degrees
01 minute west 31 .65 feet to an iron.
Thence north 2 degrees 05 minutes east 7.5 feet to an iron
in the north line of said alley.
Thence with the north lino of alley, south 89 degrees 01 minute
east 81 .2 feet to an iron in the west4line of Ball Street.
Thence south 1 degree 3 minutelh7.5 feet to the place of
beginning.
