By the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas, formally
applying for a Department of the Army lease for a 25 year period
0"- for public park and recreational purposes at Grapevine Reservoir.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

That Ira E. Woods, Mayor of the City of Grapevine, Texas, be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute and submit the
attac hed application for a twenty-five (25) year Department of
the Army lease for public park and recreational purposes on behalf
of the City of Grapevine, Texas, to the District Engineer, U. S.
Army Engineer District, Fort Worth, P.O. Box 1600, Fort Worth,
Texas, and to do such other and further acts, and to execute such
additional instruments as may be necessary and proper to carry in
force and effect the terms and provisions of such application and
to enable the City to accept any lease granted as a result of said
application and to fulfill any requirements made by the proper
authorities with reference thereto.
Passed and adopted this 2lthday of June 1966.
