By the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas, establishing
pm.* the right of the City of Grapevine, Texas, to lease, develop,
operate and maintain a public park on lands outside its limits
and jurisdiction.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
That the City of Grapevine, Texas, be, and it is hereby authorized
if granted a 25-year Department of the Army lease on land in
Grapevine Reservoir for public park and recreational purposes
located outside its corporate, territorial and jurisdiction limits,
to lease, develop, operate and maintain a public park thereon
for the purpose of said license.
Passed and adopted this 21th day of June, 1966.
