R 64-7 Whereas, the City Council is desireous of making the City of Grapevine a safer place in which to live and travel and , Whereas, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic control devices at certain intersections within the corporate limits, and , Whereas, much study and thought has been given to these problems by the City Council , NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT: Section 1 . Stop signs be errected at the following intersections to indicate that a full stop must be made before proceeding into or through the intersections; A. Stop on East college at the intersection of Main Street . B. Stop on Ruth Street at its intersection with East Wall St. . C. Stop on Eckley with its intersection with East Wall Street. D. Stop on Azalea Drive with its intersection with West Wall Street. E. Stop on the North and South side of Ruth Street with its intersection with East Worth Street. Section 2. Two-way traffic be permitted on Ridge Road by deleting Part "E" under Section 2 of Resolution R 63-12 dated the 16th day of July 1963. Section 3. The authority for the errection of the foregoing signs and the enforcement of the regulations therein represented has been vested in the City Council by the City of Grapevine, Ordinance No. 54.-8 passed and approved the 2nd day of March, 1954. Section 4 . This resolution, not being a penal ordinance in itself need not be published to be effective and is effective upon the passage by the City Council and the errection fo the aforementioned signs.
