Whereas, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic control devices at certain intersections within the corporate limits, and , Whereas, much study and thought has been given to these problems by the City Council , NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT: Section 1 . Stop signs be errected at the following intersect- ions to indicate that a full stop must be made before proceeding into or though the intersection: A. On East Hudgins street at Main street. B. On Dove Road at West Wall street, going East. C. On Scribner street at West Wall street. D. On Bellaire Dtive at West Dallas Road. E. On West College at Ball street. F. On Drexel Drive at West College. Section 2. Yield-Right-of-Way signs be errected at the follow- ing ifitersections to indicate that persons proceeding on the street must slow and allow other vehicles to have the right-of- way before proceeding into or though the intersections. A. On Dove Road going west onto West Wall street. B. On Smith street on the north and south side at its intersection with East Franklin street. C. On East Franklin street with its intersection at Austin street. Section 3. The authority for the errection of the forgoing signs and the enforcement of the regulations therein repre- sented has been vested in the City Council by the City of Grapevine Ordinance No. 54-8 passed and approved the 2nd day of March, 1954• Section 4. This resolution, not being a penal ordianance in itself, need not be published to be effective and is effective upon the passage by the City Council and the errection of the aforementioned signs.
