ZETLEY FROM "R-1" SINGLE FAMILY ZONING TO SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TOWNHOUSE � DEVELOPMENT. � WHEREAS, due and lawful notice cf hearing to consider a zoning change on the below described property has been heretofore given; and, WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine, Texas , has on the 29th day of February , 1972 , recommended a change of the zoning classification of the below described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be hereafter a part of the Specific Use Permit Zoning Districts of the City of Grapevine, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY �"'"" COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: I . � Pursuant to a site plan and floor plans approved by the City Council showing the general arrangement of the project, together with the essential requirements such as off street parking facilities, locations of buildings , size of buildings , means of ingress and egress to public streets and subject to the following: l. Issuance of building permit on approval of application of the City of Grapevine's Building Official. 2. Sewer lift station and related sewer lines to serve the project be provided by the developer. 3. Decorative wall along Hood Lane to be provided by the developer. 4. Developer to adopt a development program requiring �,,,,,,, first phase of development to begin within four � months , and an overall finish date of eighteen months � from the date of the Acceptance and Agreement. � A Specific Use Permit is hereby authorized for issuance to Leon A. Zetley for the construction of a Townhouse Development on the property in the Hallum Survey known as Little John No. 3 Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-52, page 8, Tarrant County Plat Records. II . That said approved site plan, together with said essential re- quirements , contingencies, and acceptance and agreement be placed on permanent file in the City records. III . Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase contained in this ordinance be held to be unconstitutional, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the ordinance, but in all respect shall remain in full force and � effect. ¢ � ��rwr PASSED ON FIRST READING TO THE SECOND READING BY AN AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF ALL MEMBERS PRESENT ON March 7, 1972 .
