The Grapevine City Council passed a motion on September 5, 1972, adopting
Ordinance No. 72-22A which amended Ordinance No. 72-22 permitting Mr. Snowden
to decrease the units in his apartment project from 5 to 4. Ordinance No. 72-22A
was never drafted.
Motion and vote from the September 5, 1972 City Counc±l meeting:
"Councilman Eidson made a motion to amend Ordinance 72-22,
permitting Mr. Snowden to decrease the units in his apartment project
from 5 to 4. Council�voman Conine seconded the motion. The motion
prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Dalton, Eidson, Parker, Conine, Tate & Pirkle.
Noes: Pittard"
