WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been du].y s3gned and acknow-
ledged by the individual owning the following tract of land:
All the certain trac� or paxcel of land situated in Tarrant County,
Texa�;, being part of the Heirs of A. Foster SurvE� and owned
by Gary Kirkland, Trustee said land being more particularly
dsscribed as follow�:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the intersection of the North
line of the St. Louis and Southwestern R. R. R,O,W, w�th the West line of the
State Highway �k114. Said point being the S. E. corner of a tract of land as
shown in Vol. 4129 Page 169 Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, being out

a distance of 822.2 f t, an iron pin the S. E� corner of a 10.0 Acre tract of
land deeded to Texas Bithulithic Co, as shown in Vol. 4304 Page 249 Deed

THENCE S, 89° 56' W. with the South line of said tract and fence
line 843.52 ft. an iron spike the S. W. corner of said tract in the West.
