AN ORDINANCE AMENDIN(:� THE ZANING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE Cl2Y 4F GRAPEVINE�
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZANING DISTRICTS

SPECIFIC USE PERMIT Z.ONING DISTRICT; AND

showing the general arrangement af the project, together
with essential requirements such as off-street parking
facilities, locations of bui].dings, sizes of buildings,

and filed with the City Secretary.
3. A suitable masonary screening is to be placed
along the property alang Hood Lane.
4. Mr. William Elder agree in writing within 30 days
from February 2, 1971 to be bound by the abave
