AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZANING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZANING DISTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF CLAUDE L. CHAMBERS
�,,, TO SPECIFIC USE PERMIT ZONING DISTRICT;

AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE.

�� WHEREAS, due and lawful public hearing to consider a
zone change on the below described property has been hereto-
fore held;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
I .
THAT pursuant to a site plan approved by the City Council
showing the general arrangement of the project, toqether
with essential requirements such as off-street parking
facilities , locations of buildings, sizes of buildings,

all yard requirements, means of ingress and egress to
� public streets, the approval of plans and specifications
for a building permit, and subject to the following
contingencies;
l. Construction is to begin within 90 days from the
date of this Ordinance, as requested by the applicant.
2. The site plan is to be signed by Claude L. Chambers
and filed with the City Secretary.
3. Claude L. Chambers agree in writing within 30 days
from June 16, 1971 to be bound by the above
contingencies or else such Specific Use Permit be-
comes invalid.
A Specific Use Permit is hereby authorized for the construc-

tion of apartments on the property described as follows :

� Tract 7A, Mahan Survey, Abstract 1050, Grapevine,
Tarrant County, Texas.
II.
THAT said approved site plan, together with said essential
requirements and contingencies be placed on permanent file

in t�e City records.

� III .
Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or
phrase contained in this ordinance be held to be un-
constitutional, such holding shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portion of the ordinance, but in all re-
spect shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON FIRST READING THIS 18th day of
May , 1971 .
PASSED AND APPROVED ON SECOND READING THIS 15th day of
June , 1971.
