AN ClRDINAiVCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
SO AS TO CHANGE THE Z�NING DISTRICTS OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY OF O. D. STEWARD, C. E. STEWARD, AND
J. C. N[f1.NN TO SPECIFIC USE PERMIT ZONING DISTRICT;
�,,,,,, AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, due and 1.awful public hearing to consider a
�` zone change on the below described property was heretafore
he1d;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 4F
THE CITY OF GRAI'EVINE, TEXAS:

THt�T pursuant to a site plan approved by the City Council
shawing the general azrangement of tl�e projeet, together
wi�h essential requirements su.ch as off-street parking
facilities, locations of buildings, sizes of buildings,

l. Cons�ruction is to begin within ane year from the
date of this Ordinance.
2, The site plan is to be signed by the owner and
filed with the City S�czetary.
