AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF A MINA-
TURE AUTOMOSILE RIDE CONCESSION.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider a
Conditional Use Permit on the below described property has
been heretofore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, has on the 17th day of February , 19 70 ,
recommended Approval of a Conditional Use Permit; On the below ,
described property,
NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
I .
That the below described property is Hereby and Herenow
approved by issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for operation
of a miniature automobile ride concession:
All that certain lot , tract or parcel of land lying
and being situated in Tarrant County, Texas , ou� of the
BBB & CRR Survey, more particularly described as follows :
Lot 4A3 , Block 205, BBB & CRR Survey.
II .
Should any part , section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase
contained in this ordinance be held to be unconstitutional,
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portion of the ordinance, but in all respe ct shall remain in
full force and effect .
