AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, C�-i�PTER 5,
OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY (�F� GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, TO INCLUDE SECTION 6-A P}ZOVIDING
FOR A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR DUMPING REFUSE
IN THE CITY DISPOSAL AREA; AND PRt)�'IDING
FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE.

TEXAS :
I .
THAT Title 7, Chapter S of the City Code be amended to include
the following section:
7-5-6A: DUMPING FEES : Any resident of the City of Grapevine
desiring to dispose of refuse at the City operated disposal
site shall �ay an additional dumping f�e ior each and every
load of refuse dumped or deposited at or upon municipal dump
grounds owned or operated by the City.
� The time for using the city disposal site will be designated.
1 This charge shall not be applied to loads of refuse collected
by the Texas Highway Department from the right of way of public
streets and highways, nor to disposal of refuse resulting
from the activities c>f any department c>f the city government .
The following fee schedule shall ap��ly to dis��osal of all
refuse with the exception noted:

Trucks and trailers, �ne ton
capacity or less ----------------------- $ 1 .00
Four wheel trailer tandem wheels----------- $ 2. 50
Trucks , over one ton capacity ------------- $ a.00

Should any part , section , paragraph , sentence, clause or
phrase contained in this ordinance be held to be unconstitu-
tional , such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion of the ordinance, biat in all respect shall
remain in full force and effect .
