AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZANING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE�
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF DEACON INVESTMENT
COMPANY BY ROBERT BRANSFORD TO"SPECIFIC USE
ZANING DISTRICT:" AND PROVIDING FOR A
SAVINGS CLAUSE, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been
heretofore given;
NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE� TEXAS:
I.
THAT pursuant to a site plan approved by the City Council
showing the general arrangement of the project, together
with essential requirements such as off-street parking
facilities, locations of buildings , sizes of buildings,
all yard requirements, means of ingress and egress to
public streets and the approval of plans and specifications
for a building permit, a Specific Use Permit is hereby
authorized for the construction of private apartments and
town houses on the property described as follows :
East 1/2 of Block 8, Dellwood Acres
All of Block 6 and 7, Dellwood Acres ' � '� � - .
Lots 7 thru 15, Block l, Dellwood Acres
II .
THAT said approved site plan, together with said essential
requirements be placed on permanent file in the City records.

Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause

unconstitutianal, such �o3ding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portion of t�e ordinance,

It being for the public welfare that this 4xdinance be
passed a�d such zoning change be made, there exis�s an
emergency and public necessity �hat the ru1.e requiring
this Ordinance �o be read on two several occas�ons be
and the satne as hereby Wa�ved and this Ordinance shall
now be placed on its secand and fiz�al reading to its
passage, and shall be in full forc� and effect fram and
after its passage and approval.
