Tract 1
Being all th at tract of land in the JOHN GUESS AND WILLIAM M.
RUSSELL SURVEYS� in Tarrant County, Texas , described as
follows: BEGINNING 30 feet East of the Southeast corner of the
W. E. Owens Survey, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE East 181
yards; THENCE North to the Cotton Belt Railroad; THENCE in a
Southwesterly direction with ROW of said Railroad within
30 feet of the said W. E. Owens Survey at the East line of
a 30 ft. public road; THENCE South to the place of beginn-
ing, containing 28 acres of land; SAVE AND EXCEPT however,
9 acres more or less being that portion of subject property
conveyed by deed from Robert E. Crews and wife, Zeta Crews
,- to Darwin Leander Whiteside and wife, Dorothy Olive Whiteside
by Deed dated Jan. 5, 1946, recorded in Vol. 1758, Page 467,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas.

Being out of Wm. M. Russell and S. Thompson Surveys (which
said surveys are located partly in Tarrant and partly in Dallas
County) and being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point
which is 603.1 vrs East and 541.8 vrs N 4 deg E from the
Southwest Corner of said Wm. M. Russell Survey, said point
of beginning b eing in the N line of a 30 foot county road
arid in the West line of a 26.13 acre tract described in deed
from E, P. Williamson et ux to G. K. Milner dated May 29,
1940 and recorded Vol. 1433 page 500 Deed Records Tarrant
County, Texas; THENCE North 89 3/4 deg. East along the North
line of said 30 foot County Road 91z vrs to an "el" corner
of above mentioned 26.13 acre tract; THENCE North 4 deg East
along East line of said 26. 13 acre tract 543 vrs to a point
in the South line of Right of Way of Cotton Belt Railroad;
at most northerly North East Corner said 26.13 acres ; THENCE
along said Right of Way line South 644 deg. W 982 vrs to
North West Corner of said 26.13 acre tract; THENCE South 4
deg West along the West line of said 26. 13 acre tract 489.7
feet to place of beginning; and being all of said 26.13 acre
tract lying North of said 30 foot county road.

It being for the public welfare that this Ordinance

Ordinance to be xead on two several occasions be and the same
is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its second and final reading to its pas�age, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
