AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZON IlVG DISTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF MARION T. JORDAN FROM
� "A" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO "F" LOCALE RETAIL�
� AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been
heretofore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on the 21st day of January ,1969,
recommended a change of the zoning classification of the be-
low described property, so that the entirety thereof shall
be hereafter a part of the "F" Locale Retail Districts of
the City of Grapevine, Texas;
- NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE� TEXAS:
I.
That the below described property be and the same
is Hereby and Herenow Designated and Classified as a part
of "F" Locale Retail District of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, and the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance
is now so changed and amended:
Al1 that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land lying
and being situated in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the
Decker Survey, more particularly described as follows:
600' Deep Frontage along Highway 121, Tract 4, Decker
Survey.

It being foz the public welfare that this Ordinance
be passed and such zonina change he made, there exists an
'�'�� emergency and r�ublic nec��ssity that the rule requiring tn�s
Ordinance to be read on two several occasions be and the same
is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its second and final reading to its passace, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
