AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ANNEXING TERRITORY
ADJACENT` AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
` TEXAS: PROVIDING THAT THE AR�.EA DESCRIBED BELOW,
SHALL BLCOME A PART OF TI�E SAID CITY AND THAT'
THE 0[�JNERS AND THE IiVHABITANTS THEREOF SHALL BE
�` � ENTITLED TO ALL THE PRIVILEGES OF OTfiER CITIZENS
OF SAXD CITY AND BOUND BY THE ACTS AND ORDTNANCES

wHEREAS, the Gity of Grapevine, Texas, acting by and under
Section ]..03, of Article� 2 of it� Home Rule Charter�� and Article
970a of V. A. T. S. Has determined that its bour,daries should '
be enlarged and extended by the annexation of additional
territory described as follow�, to-wit;
Tract�; of land in Tarrant Gounty, Texas, described �a.,s follaws:
A tract of land in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the Francis
Troop Survey , Abstract No. 1511, the Franklin Wood Survey,
Abstract No. 1688, and the John L. Whitman Survey, Abstract
„�, No. 1593, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly Southwest corner cif Tract
°i� A14 of the Grapevine Reservoir, Corps of Engineers;
Thence in a Northerly direction along, and with the govern-
ment line along said Tract A14 and Tract A15 to the most
Southerly Southeast corner of the 150.9 acre tract of land
described in the city of Grapevine Ordinance No. 68-40 dated
December 17, 1968, and recorded in volume 4662, page 199 of
the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
Thence West, along and with the South line of said 150.9
acre tract, to the West line of sai d Kimball Road;
Thence South along and with said West line of Kimball Road
to its intersection with the North line of Dove Road;
Thence, in a South easterly direction along with said North
line of Dove Road to the place of beginning.

OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

Texas_, be and the same are hereby extended to incZude the above
described tracts� of land �n. thin the City limits of the C3ty of
Grapevine, Texas., a municipal. corporation, and said tracts of
land, and the future inhabitants thereof shall here$fter be.
entitled to rights and p�ivil.eges of other citizena of the
City of Grapevine, T�xa� and, �hey shall be hereafter bound by
the acts and Ordinances of said City.
Tha.t if any clause, phrase, sentence, paragraph, or section of
this ordinance shall be held void or unconstitutional for any
