AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, SO AS TO
CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THOMAS FRENCH
AND WM. WILKERSON TO "SPECIFIC USE
ZONING DISTRICT:" AND PROVIDING FOR
A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been
heretofore given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
I .
THAT pursuant to a site plan approved by the City Council
showing the general arrangement of the project, �ogether
with essential requirements such as off-street parking
facilities , locations of buildings, sizes of buildings,
all yard requirements , means of ingress and egress to
public streets and the approval of plans and specifications
for a building permit , a Specific Use Permit is hereby
authorized for the construction of apartment buildings
on the property described as follows :
Lot 2Q1, E. Moore Survey.
II .
THAT said approved site plan, together with said essential
requirements be placed on permanent file in the City records .

III .
Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause
or phrase contained in this ordinance be held to be
unconstitutional, such holding shall not af�ect the
validity of the remaining portion of the ordinance,
but in all respect shall remain in full force and effect.
