AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS
'�' " OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF FRED WOODELL FROM
'�A'T DWEL.LING TO "J" & "K" INDUSTRIAL CLASSI-
FICATION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider a
zoning change on the below described property has been heretofore
given; and,
WHEREAS, the "Loning Commission of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, has on the 17th day of January, 1967, recommended a change
of the zoning classification of the below described property, so
that the entirety thereof shall be hereafter a part of the "J"
""�`" & "K" Industrial Districts of the City of Grapevine, Texas;

� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF

THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
I.
That the below described property be and the same is
Hereby and Herenow Designeted and Classified as a part of "J"
& "K" Industrial Districts of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the
Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so changed and
amended:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and
� being situated in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the J. C. Dunn
� Survey, more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron pin in the West line of the
J. C. Dunn Survey and 1264.1 ft. North

of its Sothwest Corner, said point also
being in the Northezly right-of-way line

of Old State Highway No. 114.
THENCE, North 1232.6 ft. along a fence to an iron
pin in the South right-of-way line of
County Road No. 3127.
THENCE, North 89° - 36 ' East 1091.8 ft. along the
South right-of-way line of County Road
No. 3127 to an iron pin for corner.
THENCE, South 1597.8 Ft. to an iron pin in the
Northerly right-of-way line of Old State

THENCE, North 71° - 52' West, 1148.8 ft. along the
Northerly right-of-way line of Old State
Highway No. 114 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 35.47 acres of land.

It being for the public welfare that this Ordinance be passed

and such zoning change be made, there exists an emergency and public
Inecessity th�t the rule requiring this Ordinance to be read on two

several occasions be and the same is hereby Waived and this Ordi-
nance shall now be placed on its second and final reading to its
passage, and shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
