AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE TH� ZONINC DISTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES OF J. M. . WILLIAMSON TO
"F" LOCAL RETAIL DISTRICT AND "G" LOCAL RE-

TAIL DISTRICT AND DECLARSNG AN EMFRGENCY.

`�„� WHEREAS, due anc�. lawfull notice of hearing to considAr a zoning
change on the below described properties has been heretofore
given; and,
WHEREA;S , the Zoning Commission of the �ity of Grapevine, Texas,
has on the 21st day of March, 1967, recommended a change of the
zoning classification of the below described properties, so that
the entirety thereof shall be hereafter a part of the "F" Local
Retail and the "G" Local Retail Districts of the said City of
Grapevine, Texas;
NOW THLRr�FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C�[7NCIL Or THE CITY
OF GRAP{VINE, T�XAS:

That the below described property be and the same is hereby and
herenow designated and classified as apart of the T'G" Local
Retail District of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the Zoning
Ordinance: of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the Use District Map
attached to such Ordinance- is now so changed and amended;
� All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in Tarrant County, Texas out of the Wm. Dooley Survey,

more particularly described as f ollows :
BEGIiVNING at an iron in the Northwest corner of a
tract of land, same being the Southwest corner of
a tract of land owned by the Fort Worth Savings and
Loan Association located at the corner of South
Main Street and Nash Street;
THENCE South 89 degrees 56 minutes East, 306.6 feet to
an iron in the Southeast corner of said Savings and
Loan Association tract, continuing on 99.6 feet more
or less to a corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 15 minutes East, 456 feet
more or less to a corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 45 minutes West, 405.68 feet
more or less to a corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 15 minutes West, l�55•5 feet
more or less to the place of beginning.

the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the Zoning Ordinance: of the City
of Grapevine, Texas, and the Use District Map attached to such
Ordinance is now so changed' and amended:
All certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in
Tarrant County, Texas, out of the Wm. Dooley Survey, more particularly
described as follows:
� BEGIIdNING at an iron pipe in the Northwest corner of a tract
' of land same corner being the Southwest corner of a tract of

THENCE South 88 de�rees �2 feet East �05.83 feet to an iron in

THENCE South 0 degrees 15 feet East 1026.5 feet more or less

THENCE South 89 degrees 56 minutes East 132 feet more or less
to an iron for corner in West right of way line of State
Highway S�ur 1Q3;
THENCE South 0 degrees 15 minutes and along the laest righ't -
of-way line of State H'_ghway Spur 103, 1902.6 feet to an
iron for corner° in the South line of the Wm, Dooley Survey;
THENCE �est along the South line of the wm. Dooley Survey
132.7 feet to an iron for a corner;
