That Title 7, Chaptez 5, Section 6, Paragraph one is hereby amended to
read : Any houses, buiZdings, ar premises used foar �esidenti.al purposes,
that are connected to the City's water system and pay a minimum mar�thly
charge for watex sexvice shall haue their garbage and trash removed at
a monthly charge of $1,04 (one dol].ar) per month, where such collection
and removal i� not required in excess af twice each week.
II.
Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, c].ause ox phrase contain-
ed in this ordinance be held to be uncanstitutional, such halding shall
not affect the validity of' the remaining portion of the ordinance, but
in a11 respect shall remain in fixll �'orce and effect.
