TEXAS� SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DXSTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF JOE L. WRIGHT:
AND DECI.xRING AN EI�RGEIVCY.

WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Gzapevine, Texas, has on the 2�t day of 1"IaY . 196g ,
recomm�nded a change of the 2oning classification of the below
described p�operty, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-
� after a part of the ��E�� Modified Resident���ricts of the City

OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TBXAS:

"E" Modified Residential Distric� the City of Gzapevine, ?exas,
and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grap�s.uine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended:

It being Por the public welfare that this Ordinance
