Whereas , the City Council, at a duly authorized and regular
mee�in.g after due hearing, cansideraCion, and inves�igation,
has determined that the Ci�y af Grapevine, Texas, actually can-
tains within its corporate limits , more than 5,040 inhabitants ,
and
Wher�as , it is to the best interest of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, that such findings and de�erminatian be made offica.al by
ordinance, �T4W THEREFQRE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRA.PEVINE, TEXAS:
