GENTRY FROM "A�� DWELLING TO "J" & "K" INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WI-�REAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider a zoning change on the below described property has been hereto- fore given; and, WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Grape�ne, Texas, has on the 3rd day of May, 1966, recommended a change of the zoning classification of the below described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be hereafter a part of the "J" _ & "K" Industrial Districts of the City of Grapevine, Texas; NOW, TI�REFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CUUNCIL OF �:., , THE CITY OF QZAPEVINE, TEXAS: I. That the below described property be and the same is Hereby and Herenow Designated and Classified as a part of "J" & "K" Industrial Districts of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so changed and amended: All that certain lot, tract oz parcel of land lying ,�._� and being situated in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the Isaiah Byrd Survey, more particularly described as follows: �;;.,: BEGINNING at a galvanized iron for the Northeast corner of said Byrd survey. THENCE, South no degrees-23 minutes East along �_. the East line of said survey 372-86/100 feet to a concrete highway monument for �.-� the Easterly Northeast corner of the tract conveyed to the State of Texas for right of way for State Highway No. 121 and No. 114 by the deed recorded in volume 3533, page 383 of said Deed Re- cords. THENCE, along the Northerly and Easterly line of said right of way tract: South 75 degrees- 50 minutes West 1965-8/10 feet to another concrete highway monument at the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of ,,.<._., 1770-86/100 feet; and then along said �" " curve to the right a distance of 647-3/10 feet to another concrete highway monument at the beginning of another curve to the - right with a radius of 445-96/100 feet; and then along said curve to the right a distance of 355-5/10 feet to another con- . crete highway monument; and then North 37 degrees-34 minutes West 698-5/10 feet to another concrete highway monument at the beginning of a curve to the zight with a radius of 532-96/100 feet; and then along �k , said curve to the right a distance of 229- � 4/10 feet to an iron in the North line of said Byrd survey and from which another concrete highway monument bears North 11 degrees-51 minutes West 19-9/10 feet. THENCB, South 89 degrees-24 minutes East along said North line of the Byrd survey 3370 feet to the place of beginning and con- taining 51-735/1000 acres, of which 0- ��� 04/100 of an acre is within the road at the Northeast corner of this tract. �,�� II. It being for the public welfare that this Ordinance be passed and such zoning change be made, there exists an emerqency and public necessity that the rule requiring this Ordinance to be read on two several occasions be and the same is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on its second and final reading to its passage, and shall be in fu11 force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
