RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFERE OF TITLE
OF CITY OWNED LOT AT INTERSECTION OF WEST
TEXAS STREET AND BARTON STREET.
WHEREAS, The City of Grapevine owns a Lot at the intersection
of West Texas ans Barton Streets described as:
The East 60 feet of Lot 26 and the East 60 feet of the
South part of Lot 27, Block M City of Grapevine,
Tarrant County,Texas®
WHEREAS, This property has been de laced surplus of the needs
of the City of Grapevine and is deemed desireable to sell
said property,
WHEREAS, a notice of intentions to sell and advertisement
for bids has been placed in the Grapevine Sun,
WHEREAS, bids have been received and considered,
NOIN THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT:
The property be transfered to Robert Brown for the total
consideration of 1�2,075.00; said amount being the highest
bid submitted.
That the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to execute
a deed and other legal papers necessary to convey title to
said Robert Brown.
That a title policy be furnished at City of Grapevine
expense®
That the net proceeds from the sale of said property be
deposited in the City of Grapevine General Fund.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this lith day of March, 1958®
