Upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation heretofore made as authorized by the provisions of Section 8 of article 827a, Vernon's Texas Venal Code, the following prima facie speed limits hereafter indicated for vehicles are hereby determined and declared to be reasonable :and safe, and such speer -limits are hereby fixed at the rate of speed, indicated for vihicles traveling upon the named streets and highways, or parts thereof, described as follow: State Highway 121 1. From Station 1097+87 (ntersectior! ol" S.H. 121 and S.H. 114) Northeast 0,277 Stile to Station 1112+50, 45 PTiles Per dour. 130 -2- 2. From Station 1112+50 (0277 Ydle Northeast of the Intersection of S.H. 121 and S.H. 114) Northeast 2.695 Male to Station 1254+80 (Tarrant -Dallas County Line) 60 MI.P&R4 (Day) 55 (Night) Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall he deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not more than two hundred ($200) dollars.
