No. 99-15) for a restaurant with the possession, storage, retail sale and on-premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks), approved by Council on February 2, 1999, and take any action necessary. BACKGROUND INFORMATION With this application, the applicant is requesting to amend the approved site plan specifically to make exterior and interior changes in correlation with the conversion of the existing EI Chico Restaurant into a Cantina Laredo restaurant located at 4020 William D. Tate Avenue. The exterior changes include the addition of limestone accents near the windows and entry, as well as the replacement of awnings and signage. Within the interior of the building, new tile and limestone is proposed in the entry. The alcohol consumption areas and the majority of the seating area remains unchanged; however, booth seating is proposed along the walls in the bar area in place of tables and chairs. If approved, the total seating for the restaurant would be reduced from 229 to 228. /mh \\CHDN\DATA2\COM MDEVZCU\CU02-19.4sprc.doc $ ♦ L50BL Stl7C31'3NV13dVilJ m S LE88"LSY'/L48 Xb'j LEBB'LE5/LLB = a W Q y 3f1N3AV 31V1"O WViIIYN OZO► f:OL91 StlX31'H12fOM 1?JO w U ai FS 6 ; g F' V TT T T OV021AoMIWLON lZZ4 i pw ° ,„ .S ' QQa 1111,11 32lf11311H2id N`dWl3SSf1W N o Z w$ r 5 5 W ^°o V p y + O 6WZ ' jj o I o m 1p Q 3. t as3. WF Q wW 2 u}v Wa ❑ n. .' bt"\ i.6 Si. i.e c3c°O o oN O ~ U bit.l cr V c` ' < a w 3 Y- + <tio °o go n- = W W r -.--A $ a a F- " , - P Y" n — ggama , !I! u . . 3£ \ . m"' 'uWmoFcz . .. \ o°mzFoz ' z^goF< 3y] '"5w 1y'UOO ~ .- { . a— s ia `• . . ^,RLLWK 3W3 , o ` g- c m uNwiV3pw U VOaKnO UtJC f, :d q. . . -" . ° _' Q tli , - -- -- i--- _--- -- - - -- -- ---- _-_ = ° a --- -_---- - Q i __ - - -- --- -- --, , W a N CI J o Q Z Q o s a/° — co m 0 a o a' a' k80 - -- ----- --- W p - - — . . e ._.._ N p -- 0 /o, p I I ' i j ja ' i a Z ° 'e ' g _ i ' z i i s p O I ' a Ji. 1 I i i k I O • 0 O W O H -- W Q O , ~ V a W w Q Q rc Z W3 W Q L t ° m F W E v E m z Z Q o' F ao-' ° Q 3 g W o U ,W o J LL a O O X O W ' I IIYL {.
